In late 2015, when I was apparently eating a lot of sandwiches, I started drawing on them with mustard. I love mustard. I called it mustart and posted pictures on my Facebook page. I received several comments questioning my sanity and things like "I just don't get what that's supposed to be" and I ended up deleting the pictures. I only deleted them off my Facebook page though, and when I scrolled through my Dropbox in search of something else, I came across the pictures again. I don't care anymore what anyone says, mustart makes me happy!
Looking through the pictures, I remembered how much fun it was to make those, even if it was silly. That was the whole point. Taking a minute or two to focus on mustart and thoroughly enjoying the process without any expectations because it was going to be eaten anyway. Maybe I should make it a point to find artful moments in my day?
